On 23-27 September 2025, Copenhagen hosted the 49th International Apiculture Congress - APIMONDIA 2025 - the world’s largest scientific, commercial, and informational event dedicated to apiculture

   The congress brought together participants from 121 countries and served as a distinguished platform for presenting the latest innovations, research, and products in the field of beekeeping.

    Representing Georgia, three leading companies - HoneyHub, APIGEO, and MEL VERITAS - participated in the congress and its accompanying ApiExpo exhibition under the auspices of the Georgian Beekeepers’ Association.

   The participation of the Georgian delegation provided an important opportunity to establish new business connections and to highlight the contribution of Georgia’s beekeeping sector to international and European markets, thereby enhancing global awareness and strengthening the competitiveness of Georgian products.

     Within the framework of APIMONDIA 2025, H.E. Nata Menabde, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Kingdom of Denmark, visited the Georgian stand, reviewed the ongoing program, and held discussions with participants regarding prospects for future cooperation - with particular emphasis on the promotion and wider availability of Georgian beekeeping products on the Danish market.
