The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Announces the 2025 Grant Competition – "Support for Georgian Dance and Music Ensembles Abroad"
Program Objectives:
➡️ To support the strengthening of ties between the Georgian diaspora and their homeland, and to promote the preservation of cultural identity;
➡️ To promote Georgia and Georgian culture abroad.
Within the framework of the project, funding will be provided for initiatives aimed at supporting the operation and development of Georgian ensembles functioning abroad.
📍For the first time this year, the program includes a new component: compatriots living abroad will have a unique opportunity to organize cultural events, professional masterclasses, and trainings aimed at preserving national identity and promoting the development of contemporary Georgian art.
🏆Selection Process: Winners will be selected through a competitive process by a commission composed of representatives from: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, The Administration of the President of Georgia, The Diaspora Committee of the Parliament of Georgia, The Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, The Ministry of Culture of Georgia.
